For Personal Lines Insurance, we specialize in giving large multi-policy discounts to clients who purchase their Auto and Home policies from us. Some of our companies also give a life policy discount if a client adds even a small term life policy to their auto and home insurance program. We also write Business Insurance accounts from small retail stores to large manufacturing concerns. We have specialty programs for Hotels, Restaurants, Manufacturers, Contractors, and Distributors. We are licensed in several states and can go to wherever our clients’ expansion takes them.

		Rick Miller, CPCU, CIC - President Rick handles a variety of functions including Commercial Lines Marketing and Sales. Rick is a 26 year veteran insurance agent and has achieved the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, (CPCU) designation which is the industry’s most prestigious professional designation. Rick also holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
		Tammy Miller - Office Manager Tammy Miller is our Office Manager with 19 years experience in personal and commercial insurance.
		Yvonne Williams - Customer Service Representative Yvonne comes to our agency from the education field. She is a licensed agent and is currently working on completion of her CISR designation.
		Rachel Miller Romano - Commercial Sales and Marketing Rachel is a licensed agent specializing in the hospitality industry.
		Kate Culbertson - Customer Support Kate has 11 years experience working in the insurance industry.
